Get help for your mind
Every person’s reaction to a crime will be different, because everyone is unique.
Having certain feelings in response to a crime can be a perfectly natural response by your brain to an unnatural situation.
Help and support is available if you need it. You can:
- Contact a Samaritan to talk about how you feel without being judged
- Contact Mind for information, support and advice about services near you
- Contact Victim Support for information including advice about how to cope after crime
